Return Policy
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied upon arrival with any item purchased from Midwest Roper Supply, you may return that new and non-used product within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Once used, you own that product except in cases of manufacturer workmanship warranty issues.
Used ropes and tack may not be returned for exchange or credit.
Please call (888) 929-0006 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Please call with any questions prior to returning purchases.
